For class this week we watched part of the movie Minority Report. Never before had I realized how close we were coming to a world similar to that which was depicted in the moive. In the movie they had some very futuristic ideas from cars that basically drove themselves to advertisments that scanned your eyes and greeted you by name. In the world we live in today, we are not to far off. Car companines are looking to the future were cars are designed to just that, drive themselves. I don't know about living in a world were advertisements talk to you. That's just a little too personal for me. It would be kinda cool thought to walk in a store and some billard greets you. Who knows were we might be in another 10 to 20 years.

During the whole video, I was in shock. I've seen some creative things in my life, but the mediums that Vik Muniz uses and the work that is produced was incredible. He has used some of the most creative things like chocolate and wire to some of the weirdest things like dust and sugar, and yet they come out looking like masterpieces. The video shows it all. I definitely think it is a "must see"!!!
